Canada Reads 2014: Highlight Reel

media clip

What a week. Many Canada Reads fans have reached out to us in-person, through email and via social media and proclaimed this year's debates as among the most passionate and intelligent ever in the show's history. While The Orenda by Joseph Boyden (defended by Wab Kinew) emerged as the winner, all the panelists and authors deserve a hand. Thanks to Sam Bee, Rawi Hage, Sarah Gadon, Kathleen Winter, Stephen Lewis, Margaret Atwood, Donovan Bailey, and Esi Edugyan. And of course to host Jian Ghomeshi. See you next year, Canada Reads fans!
