The Top 40 is coming...

What is the novel that could change Canada?

We're (almost) one step closer to finding out.

Earlier this year, we asked you to recommend the novels you thought had what it takes to inspire change in our nation. Thousands of suggestions came in and thousands of votes were cast. The Canada Reads team is now crunching the data to see which books will move on to the next round -- the Canada Reads 2014 Top 40.

The Top 40 will be revealed on Q and right here on the Canada Reads website on Thursday, October 24. Q airs at 10 a.m. (10:30 in Newfoundland).

Once we reveal the Top 40, it'll be up to you one more time, Canada. You'll have to vote for the books you want to see move on to the Top 10! Are you ready?

Stay tuned....
