We partnered with the National Reading Campaign for our August #canlit Twitter chat.
The National Reading Campaign, which was launched in 2008, is dedicated to encouraging Canadians to be a nation of readers. Several reports have recently shown that not only is reading fun, it keeps your brain sharp as you age and increases civic engagement and empathy for others.
We wanted to know: How and when did you become a reader? How can more Canadians be encouraged to become readers?
