Alice Munro is retiring, here are her best books

Canadian literary giant Alice Munro announced her retirement during her Trillium Book Award acceptance speech last night, the National Post reports. The prize was awarded for her latest collection of short stories Dear Life

At 81, Munro has been writing for more than 40 years and her books are perennial nominees and winners of literary prizes, including the Governor General's Literary Award for Fiction, the Man Booker International Prize and the Scotiabank Giller Prize. She's written 14 books, but here are five of our favourites.
