Don't be surprised if you see a few people avoiding mirrors and ladders, and carrying a lucky charm in their pocket on Friday. Once again, it's Friday the 13th, and while it's not known exactly how many people suffer from friggatriskaidekaphobia (fear of Friday the 13th), a National Geographic article reports that between 17 million and 21 million people in the U.S. are affected to some degree.
But if you're the type of person who enjoys chills, thrills, scary movies and frightening books, then maybe Friday's your day. After all, few things get your adrenaline pumping and your mind going (from the safety of your own home) like a spooky story.
So we want to know which author you turn to when you're in the mood for a chilling thrill. Share your answer in the survey below or leave a comment below or on Facebook or Twitter.
