Thanks again to everyone who entered our Literary Cocktails Contest. We asked you to create a cocktail that you would serve to your favourite author or that embodies the characteristics of a beloved book. You can see the winning recipes here.
After receiving so many interesting ideas, we wanted to ask you another question: which author (living or dead) would you most like to share a drink with? Where would you go, what would you order and what would you want to ask them? Perhaps you'd enjoy an Old Fashioned with F. Scott Fitzgerald in a Long Island speakeasy. Or maybe you'd share a pitcher of beer with Mordecai Richler in a pub on Montreal's boulevard Saint-Laurent.
