The Monthly Book Report - November 2010

Welcome to November! And welcome back to the Monthly Book Report — the CBC Books podcast for all things literary.

This month, we're talking Canada Reads changes. We'll introduce you to one of the authors campaigning to make the Top 40 and get reactions to this year's battle of the books from some of the industry's most opinionated insiders. We also head to the country's largest literary festival — the International Festival of Authors at Toronto's Harbourfront Centre. Last but not least, we'll give you a preview of this month's theme at the CBC Book Club (and it's sure to please your inner child).

As always, we want to know what you think. Share your reaction to the Canada Reads changes — whether you love 'em or hate 'em. Call us at 1-866-547-4504 or send us an e-mail at cbcbooks@cbc.ca.

The Monthly Book Report is delivered via the CBC Book Club podcast, so be sure to subscribe. Until next time, happy reading!
