In 1993, comedian George Carlin asked his friend Tony Hendra to help him complile an autobiography. The planning and brainstorming for the book took over 15 years and it was still a work in progress when Carlin died in 2008. Hendra finished the book &emdash; he calls it a "sortabiography" &emdash; and Last Words hit bookstores in November 2009. George Carlin's friend and co-biographer appeared on Q to talk about the book and career of the iconic comedian.
