Hay East: Sask. farmers helping Ontario counterparts in need
Western farmers have lots of it. Ontario has little. Hay is critically needed by livestock producers in the east because the region's severe drought this year. So, farmers in the east and west are working together to see how they can co-operate to feed hungry herds. Blue Sky hears from an Ontario farm leader about the scope of the problem and another in Saskatchewan about what is being done to solve the problem. If you're a farmer and you can help, call Ike at 306-342-4344. Or get details on the Web at: http://mds.mennonite.net
