Flooding affects summer fun and summer livelihoods

Garth checks in with theatre workers from the Souris Valley Theatre.  The season has been cancelled because of flooding.  As well, he checks in with Arlington Beach Camp and Conference centre, where summer camp is going on come heck or high water, literally!
