Moms-to-be who are expecting complicated or early births are being flown out of the province, because the neo-natal intensive care units in Saskatchewan are full.  And it has been happening for months.  Garth speaks with a woman from Moose Jaw who is in Medicine Hat to give birth, because there's no room in Saskatchewan.
