Ingredients:
1/4 cup (60 mL) grapeseed oil
2 tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp (2 mL) minced fresh oregano
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
8 cups (2 L) torn mixed greens
Preparation:
In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper; toss with greens.
