Ingredients:
2 cups milk 500 mL
1 tbsp granulated sugar 15 mL
2 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped 60 g
1 1/2 oz milk chocolate, finely chopped 45 g
1/4 tsp peppermint extract 1 mL
Preparation:
In saucepan, bring milk, sugar and 1 cup (250 mL) water to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat.
Whisk in bittersweet chocolate and milk chocolates until melted. Stir in peppermint extract. (Make-ahead: Let cool; refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours. Reheat to serve.)
