Ingredients:
1 cup (250 mL) chopped roasted red peppers
1/4 cup (50 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp (25 mL) red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation:
In blender, combine red peppers, olive oil, vinegar, salt ; and cayenne pepper; process until smooth. Press through fine sieve.
Servings: 1 cup
