1 cup (250 mL) peeled diced mango
1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
1 pinch hot pepper flakes
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh coriander, finely chopped
In blender or small food processor, puree together mango, sugar, lime juice, hot pepper flakes and salt until smooth. Stir in coriander. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours.)
