3 cups (750 mL) unbuttered unsalted popcorn
2 tbsp (25 mL) butter, melted
1 tbsp (15 mL) Mexican Popcorn Spice Mix Recipe
Combine popcorn, butter and Mexican Popcorn Spice Mix.
Mexican Popcorn Spice Mix
1/2 cup (125 mL) dried parsley
1/4 cup (50 mL) chili powder
2 tbsp (25 mL) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 mL) cayenne pepper
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
In bowl, combine parsley, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Spoon into decorative container. (Make-ahead: Store at room temperature in dark place for up to 1 month.) Makes about 2/3 cup (150 mL).
