Dr. Naadiah is Dr. Tom's therapist, and it has been her mission to get Dr. Tom to start living a life outside of his office. Calm in her manner, and direct with her thoughts, Dr. Naadiah is a voice of concern when it comes to Dr. Tom's obsession with his work, and his failure to prioritize his real life. Season Four will reveal a side of Dr. Naadiah that neither we, nor Dr. Tom, have seen before.
Success for Joanne came extremely early - she made her television debut at the age of 12 and, by 17, had written and directed her first play entitled Just Me. The Toronto film and television community quickly embraced this versatile young actor.
Her feature film debut was in Deny Arcand's Love And Human Remains, which earned her a Genie nomination and had a wide theatrical release to great critical acclaim. Later, Joanne reunited with director Deny Arcand, in Stardom.
Joanne won an Emmy Award for her performance in the title role of Maggie's Secret on CBS and was nominated for a Gemini Award for the CBC TV series 9B, in which she had a recurring role. Among her more then 50 television credits are the movies-of-the-week To Save The Children (CBS),The Ultimate Betrayal(CBS), Derby (ABC), Common Ground (Showtime), The Stalking Of Laurie Show (US) and In The Dark (TMN). Joanne has also guest starred in numerous television shows, and played one of the lead investigators as a regular on the series PSI Factor. Joanne is currently working on a book and is the voice of Jake in the new animated series Crash Canyon.
