Dr. Arthur is Dr. Naadiah's former therapist. Elderly, friendly, and a lover of classic cars, Dr. Arthur is an authority in the realm of time-travel therapy, and the person Dr. Naadiah turns to whenever Dr. Tom's practice threatens to go off the rails. Dr. Arthur is key to the ever-unfolding mystery of the therapy practiced on Being Erica.
Graham Greene's screen debut was in 1983 in Running Brave, but it was his Academy Award nominated role as Kicking Bird in the 1990 film Dances with Wolves that brought him stardom. This role was followed by such films as Thunderheart, Benefit of the Doubt, and Maverick, and the television series Northern Exposure and The Red Green Show. Greene has also acted along-side Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson in the 1995 film Die Hard with a Vengeance, and played a death row inmate in the Oscar-nominated The Green Mile (1999).
In 1994, he began appearing as Mr. Crabby Tree in the children's series The Adventures of Dudley the Dragon, for which he received the Gemini Award. That same year, he also accepted the Earle Grey Award for lifetime achievement at the Gemini Awards.
In 2005, he re-emerged as the potential love interest of a pre-operative transsexual woman in Transamerica, and has since appeared on CBC Television's Rick Mercer Report and leading roles in the 2007 Stratford Festival productions of The Merchant of Venice and Of Mice and Men.
Most recently, Graham has appeared in the features films The Twilight Saga: New Moon, Casino Jack, Running Mates, Valley of the Sun, Gunless and Man on The Train while enjoying his recurring role on Being Erica.
