Meet our new Lieutenant Governor
Mark recently hosted the Fraser Valley Cultural Diversity Awards in Abbotsford where the Honourable Judith Guichon, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia.was the featured speaker. She pointed out that after Toronto and Vancouver, Abbotsford is Canada's most culturally diverse city. The 11th annual awards were presented by Abbotsford Community Services.

Berry Crazy

During his most recent appearance on the show, Master Gardener Brian Minter was asked for some of his favourite berry varieties to grow in B.C.
Strawberries: Albion, Hood, Totem, Sto:lo and he's very keen on a new Brazel Berry that can be grown in containers
Raspberries: Autumn Bliss, Heritage Fall Gold, Tulameen
Blackberries: Triple Crown, Black Satin
