On The Coast Broadcast Live on Location: Chinatown


Do you live, work, or have a passion for issues about the gentrification and revitalization of Chinatown? 

Come to a live broadcast of CBC Radio One's On The Coast afternoon radio show, where host Stephen Quinn will speak with community leaders about the future of Chinatown. In celebration of the Lunar New Year, there will be prizes, giveaways and musical entertainment by Vancouver/Victoria singer and songwriter Chris Ho. 

You will be able to weigh in on the topics on the show including the significance of Vancouver's Chinatown, the history of clan societies, the relevance of the architecture in Chinatown and the impact of condo development, and the influx of new establishments and what that might mean for the area.
