April 5, 2012 - Fans are invited to CBC's Vancouver Broadcast Centre to cheer on the Canucks on their quest for the Stanley Cup.  CBC Vancouver's Seeking Stanley in Studio 40 is an indoor, family-friendly screening event which will take place periodically throughout the Canucks Playoff run for home and away games, starting in Round One.

CBC is home to Canada's game and CBC Vancouver is home to the best Canucks party and coverage in town," said Johnny Michel, managing director of CBC British Columbia. "Seeking Stanley in Studio 40 provides fans a fun, safe place to cheer their home team to a Stanley Cup win."

The public can only get a seat by emailing , or by winning VIP seats by listening to CBC Radio One's The Early Edition and On The Coast at  88.1FM or 690AM or tuning in to Seeking Stanley with hosts Shane Foxman and Karin Larsen following each Canucks game on Hockey Night In Canada. The screening will feature great prizes, food, and appearances by CBC personalities and of course, the game on a 16 foot screen.

CBC is also bringing back the Hockey Fan Zone on the corner of Georgia and Hamilton, which will be open two hours before every Canucks home game.  Fans can stop by to meet Peter Puck, have their face painted, and pick up the iconic Go Canucks Go poster.
