Susan Jacks makes her official return to the stage

On April 17, 2011, well-known Canadian singer/songwriter Susan Jacks will host and perform in a fundraising concert entitled "Susan Jacks &  Friends - for LIFE,"

Susan received a kidney transplant in February, 2010 and was fortunate that her brother Billy (whose name was used for her international hit song "Which Way You Going Billy?") was a perfect match. Susan says she feels blessed that she was able to find a match and she now devotes her spare time and energy to promoting the need for organ donation and supporting the work of The Kidney Foundation of Canada.

Additional artists Craig McCaw, Satwant Singh, Virginia Blatchford, and singers from the show Music Hop will be joining Susan in her celebration of kidney transplantation.
