Mott's Recipes


Smoked Lime and Tequila Caesar
1 oz Patron Silver tequila
1 smoked chipotle pepper (canned in Adobo sauce)
½ lime, cut into wedges
4 dashes freshly ground pepper
5 oz Mott's* Clamato* Original cocktail

Preparation: Muddle chipotle pepper and lime wedges in the base of a mixing glass. Add Patron, ice and Mott's Clamato and stir thoroughly. Strain into ice-filled margarita glass rimmed with freshly ground salt and pepper. Garnish with a rustic lime twist.




Cucumber Infused Caesar
1 oz Hendrick's gin
2 dashes Frank's RedHot sauce
3 dashes freshly ground salt and pepper
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 cucumber sticks (skinned, 4" long)
5 oz Mott's* Clamato* Original cocktail

Preparation: Muddle all ingredients except for Mott's Clamato and ice in a mixing glass. Then add Mott's Clamato and ice and mix thoroughly. Strain mixture over fresh ice in a footed pilsner glass rimmed with freshly ground salt and pepper. Garnish with a cucumber stick seasoned with freshly ground salt and pepper.




Battle of the Blades Caesar
1 oz Patron Silver tequila
1 oz Tag No. 5 vodka
¼ lemon, squeezed (approx. 1 tbsp juice)
3 dashes Frank's RedHot sauce
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes freshly ground salt and pepper
4 oz Mott's* Clamato* Original cocktail

Preparation: Fill a Collins glass with ice, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Garnish with twisted lemon and lime wheel.




Classic Caesar
1 oz Tag No. 5 vodka
2 dashes Frank's RedHot sauce
3 dashes freshly ground salt and pepper
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 oz Mott's* Clamato* Original cocktail

Preparation: Rim glass with lime and Mott's Clamato Rimmer. Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Garnish with celery stalk and lime wedge.




Celebration Caesar
2 oz Crown Royal whisky
1 dash Frank's RedHot sauce
2 dashes Angostura bitters
6 fresh sage leaves
5 oz Mott's* Clamato* Original cocktail

Preparation: Rim a double rocks glass with freshly ground salt and pepper. Add all ingredients except the Mott's Clamato and gently muddle. Fill glass with ice and add Mott's Clamato. Garnish with a skewer of a pearl onion sandwiched between two cheery tomatoes and a fresh sage leaf.
