Marcy, a U.S. Pairs Silver Medallist and Olympian, brings a mixture of strict discipline and competitiveness combined with an element of mystery and sensuality to the third season of Battle of the Blades Marcy was born in Norman, Oklahoma and raised in Worthington, Ohio.

With partner Aaron Parchem, they were U.S. Pairs Bronze Medallists in 2005 and Silver Medallists in 2006. They placed 11th at the 2006 World Championships and 13th at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games. After retiring from competition in 2006, Marcy and Canadian-born husband Lee Harris, a hockey player and a pair skater in his own right, turned to performing as an adagio team on cruise ships. While at sea, they discovered a shared love for watching
Battle of the Blades Season 1 and 2 online.

Marcy and Lee are currently building a clientele of young skating students in Columbus, Ohio. When the opportunity to participate in Season 3 presented itself, Marcy agreed, with some encouragement from her friend and fellow competitor, Violetta. Marcy combines her technical pair skating skills acquired as an international competitor with the performing experience she has gained as a touring professional to become an ideal partner on Battle of the Blades.

She is a devoted believer of the practice makes perfect philosophy and is approaching this season expecting an array of challenges, including the limited time to get to know and become comfortable with her new partner combined with the physical demands involved. Fans will no doubt embrace Marcy.
