Meg Wilcox is a Carleton University M.J grad who hails from Kamloops, BC (but has been based in Ottawa long enough for her to call it her second home). She got her first taste of music reporting as an intern on Bandwidth, and has since freelanced, associate produced, and reported for radio and television at the CBC in Winnipeg, Ottawa and Toronto. Before delving into journalism, Meg worked at the Historica Foundation, running video, photo and new media workshops for fantastic teens from all corners of the country.

Meg returns to Ottawa from Toronto, where she was creating special radio and online features for CBC Music. The best part? Getting to work with top-notch Canadian musicians like Joel Plaskett, Nikki Yanofsky and Randy Bachman.
