Advocates disappointed with Ottawa's new First Nations Education Act

Prime Minister Stephen Harper called today a "historic" and "great day for Canada." But not everyone is as thrilled with the proposed First Nations Education Act, which would overhaul education for Aboriginal communities in Canada.

Carol speaks with Cindy Blackstock, the Director of the First Nations Child & Family Caring Society of Canada.
