UN warns of genocide in Central African Republic

Warnings don't come with more urgency. Today, the United Nations humanitarian chief said there was no doubt the seeds of genocide are in the Central African Republic.  

John Ging issued that warning the morning, after returning from a five-day mission to the country. Today, he told As it Happens that if the international community does not act now, the world will face another Rwanda.
