Walmart employees at a store in Canton, Ohio have organized a food drive -- not for a charity, or needy people in their community, but for their colleagues, who cannot afford Thanksgiving dinner. The sign in their staff room reads "Please donate food items here, so associates in need can enjoy Thanksgiving dinner."

Critics say it's proof that the company doesn't offer a decent living wage to its employees, but Walmart disagrees. Carol speaks with spokesperson, Katie Cody, from Walmart's corporate head office in Bentonville, Arkansas.
