Keith and Sue Webb of Winchester, England, were surprised and horrified when they received a 'horrid', 'ugly' portrait in the mail. There was no cover letter or return address with the package.

Keith Webb says the painting is 'horribly ugly'. Sue Webb finds it so menacing that she banished it to the garage.

Who sent them the art piece remains a mystery, but, they have figured out who is the subject of the painting, and the answer came via Australia. It's Keith's Great-Great-Grandmother.
