Veronique Hivon, Quebec's Minister of Social Services, has introduced a bill in the National Assembly that would allow patients with terminal conditions to have their doctors end their lives. It would be the first law of its kind in Canada. Ms. Hivon says she's fighting for people's right to die with dignity. But her critics say she's trying to legalize murder. We reached Minister Hivon in Quebec City.
