Speed Limits Proposed for Germany's Autobahn

Some German opposition politicians are pushing for speed limits on the autobahn -- highways famed for having no speed limit at all. Ferdinand Dudenhoffer is the director of the Center of Automotive Research in Duisburg, and used to work for Porsche.
