Submarines have become the new mule for the drug cartels in Latin America.
For years, they have been tracked in the Pacific. But now, American officials say the number of drug-trafficking submarines has spiked in the Caribbean over the past year.
U.S. Coast Guard Commander Mark Fedor commands the cutter Mohawk, a ship charged with tracking down these drug subs.
