Police have acknowledged shooting 34 miners to death during a protest in South Africa earlier this month. And yet, under a South African civil disobedience law, 270 fellow miners have been charged with murder in their co-workers' deaths.
Greg Marinovich is a South African photographer who has been investigating the killings. We reached him in Johannesburg.
