This weekend's heated protests were not what Quebec Premier Jean Charest had in mind.
As you've heard on the news, protesters poured into downtown Montreal, defying the Quebec government's new Special Law, Bill 78. On Sunday, police arrested more than three hundred people.
And yesterday, a major student association, CLASSE, called on protesters to defy the new law.
Julien Pelletier is a law student and the executive director of an non-profit legal-aid organization called Juripop.
This week, the organization plans to mount a challenge against Bill 78.
