"The first sign of problems with Ronnie was that he began to attack the humans."
That sentence, in any context, is a warning sign. Perhaps a warning that you've just started reading a Stephen King book. Or, in this case, a warning that buying this rooster, called Ronnie, is a risky, risky endeavour.
Last week, we told you about a Kijiji ad posted by a man in Beamsville, Ontario. For sale was a nasty, tempermental, and, frankly, dangerous rooster. His name is Ronnie, and he would have cost you a dollar.
Les Vuyk is the author of the Kijiji ad. He was also, until very recently, Ronnie's owner. For an update, we reached him at home in Beamsville.
