Nutter's words.

Philly is a tough town. That's for sure. In the first week of 2012, there were nearly 1400 violent crime and property offences reported.

In one of those crimes, a thirty-year-old man shot at a car full of teenaged boys, killing three of them. The boys had been quarreling with the man's stepsons. They were unarmed.

The shooting understandably upset Philadelphia's Mayor, Michael Nutter. This is his reaction. For the record.
