Christopher Hitchens died last night of cancer. He was 62. Mr. Hitchens was an essayist and writer and a public intellectual with an enormous following. In the words of one of his friends, Stephen Fry, Christopher Hitchens was "envied, feared, adored, reviled and loved. Never ignored. Never bested. A great and marvellous man." Much of Christopher Hitchens' most memorable work was published in the magazine, Vanity Fair. Tonight, we speak to Vanity Fair editor, Graydon Carter, about his close friend, Christopher Hitchens.
