G20 UNLAWFUL INTENT. Accessory to a crime.  A Toronto man arrested during the G20 for wearing a bandana around his neck settles his lawsuit against the Toronto police. A police spokesman, however, says citizens shouldn't read anything into the settlement.

BREIVIK DECLARATION. Clinically Insane. That is the verdict of psychiatrists analysing self-confessed Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik.
