It was with a chilling sense of deja vu that I listened to Carol speaking to protester Nazly Hussein from Cairo's Tahrir Square yesterday, as Ms. Hussein took part in the massive protests calling for the military to release its hold on power.
It was merely nine months ago that the military was looked to with hope as the power that could lead Egypt to freedom, as tens of thousands of Egyptians took to the streets to drive Hosni Mubarak from power.
