The
Saidye Bronfman Award was inaugurated by the The
Samuel and Saidye Bronfman Family Foundation in 1977 to celebrate
Mrs. Bronfman's 80th birthday.
The award
is given annually to Canadian artists who are not only expert in their
fields, but who teach and publish, serve on juries and participate in
workshops and actively support their professional organization.
CBC ARTSPOTS
has been collaborating with these talented artists to create their own
CBC ARTSPOTS. You can see their work in their ARTSPOTS and find out more
about them by clicking on their names.
