Lishawna, right, and Alexis meet Jelleestone after the show. “When you live somewhere where it's all about getting out, and people start to come back, it makes all the difference,” says urbanNOISE co-producer Chris Tolley. While rain marred much of the two-day festivities, it wasn't a problem, at least for Tolley. “It always rains on Rexdale,” he says, “but it helps good things grow.”
