Stephen Lobo

Originally from North York, Ontario, Stephen studied acting at the Drama Centre in London, England under Rueven Adiv, an associate of Lee Strasberg. For television Stephen has enjoyed leading and recurring roles on Painkiller Jane (SciFi Channel), Smallville (CW), Falcon Beach (ABC Family), Little Mosque (CBC), as well as guest spots on CHAOS (CBS), Fringe (FOX), and Fear Itself (NBC). Stephen was the star of Godiva's (CityTV) which won him the Leo Award for Best Lead Performance by a Male in a Dramatic Series. Selected film roles include Hamlet, Fathers & Sons, Stained, The Wedding Date, and Afghan Luke, directed by Mike Clattenburg which had it's North American premiere at TIFF and earned Stephen rave reviews for his role as an Afghan fixer. Upcoming films include Klapstock and In No Particular Order. Stephen currently resides in Vancouver, BC with his wife and son.
