Blocking Blackouts With Chemistry

Earlier this week Yukon Energy sprayed herbicides in two test plots just outside whitehorse. The plots are under Yukon Energy Powerlines, one is just West of Pilot Mountain on the Hotsprings Road. The other is past the lake on the Long Lake Road. The power company says climate change is costing them money as they struggle to try and keep the brush cut back under their power lines. They're hoping herbicides will help.
