New Land Use Regulations For Mt. Lorne...

New land use regulations are in the works for people who live south of Whitehorse in the Hamlet of Mt. Lorne. Most residents live on lots at least 6 hectares in size. That's the current minimum lot size allowed in the regulations. The proposal will substantially reduce the minimum lot size, allowing at least 90 people in Mt Lorne to subdivide thier properties. The question though....How much smaller will the new minimum lot size be? And how many times can land owners subdivide to take advantage of the new rules?.
