Northwestel has announced revised plans for upgrading telecommunications across the north. The 233-million dollar proposal was submitted this week to the federal regulators at the CRTC. The new plan is 40 million dollars leaner than a plan proposed just 6 months ago. But the company says it can still provide the same modernized services promised last year.
