Advocacy Group Says Proposed Changes to ATIPP Act Attack On Democracy.

The Yukon Government has introduced amendments to the territory's Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  Minister responsible Wade Istchenko says the changes will make government more accessible and transparent.  But in fact, the changes will lock away documents used in cabinet decision making ... things like briefing notes, proposals and committee reports and recommendations.
