Stop body checking?

A group of Canadian doctors say hockey players are getting hit too hard, too young. 

The Canadian Paediatric Society says body checking in hockey should be delayed until players are at least 13 or 14 years old.  And it's calling for an outright ban on body checking in non-competitive hockey... regardless of age.

Dr. Natalie Yanchar is chair of the Canadian Paediatric Society Injury Prevention Committee and a pediatric surgeon in Halifax.
