Should Klondike Era Buildings Be Saved?...

Dawson City is going through a debate about what to do with Klondike era houses that are too dilapidated to use, but may be too expensive to restore. The mayor wants some of them leveled so the land they're sitting on can be used to alleviate the town's lot shortage.

Dawson contractor Paul Derhak knows about what it takes to restore a historic home.
