What's the future for BCeSIS in Yukon?

It's called BCeSIS... and it stands for B.C. enterprise Student Information System.

The software program is not only used in the province, but also in Yukon to track attendance, marks and other information about students. But the B.C. Government is now saying it is getting rid of the program and looking to replace it.

Katherine Mackwood is president of the Yukon Teachers' Association. Here's some of what she had to say to CBC reporter Vic Istchenko about what that means for the software in Yukon:

The Department of Education is not commenting on the future of the BCeSIS program due to the current election.
