1. Combine the lime juice, wine, sugar, pepper, oil, salt in a large zip-lock bag. Stir to dissolve sugar and salt. Set aside.
2. Place the chicken in with the marinade. Cover or seal; place in a cooler for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hr.
3. Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 4-5 minutes. Flip the chicken over and grill until cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is firm. Goes great with leafy greens or a greek salad or just about anything.

Chocolate Stuffed Bananas

Banana (peel still on)
Chocolate
Optional (anything delicious preferably that melts (eg. Peanut butter, nutella, smarties, marshmallows)

Take a knife and put a slit lengthways down the banana (peel still on) making a pocket. Stuff the pocket with your favorite chocolate (can also add nutella, peanut butter, marshmallows, candy) as desired. Wrap the whole thing (peel still on) well in foil and place in the coals for about 8 minutes. Turn occasionally.  CAREULLY remove from the heat and allow to cool before opening. Serve immediately with a spoon (I like to drizzle a little blackberry port styled wine on mine before eating).
